📋 Description
• Identify and connect with GEM missionaries working within the assigned zone • Maintain familiarity with missionaries’ locations, ministries, and partners • Maintain a roster of missionary and ministry information • Monitor trends, training opportunities, and developments in Europe relevant to the zone • Develop systems for sharing resources that educate, inform, and equip missionaries • Support missionaries and help them evaluate their efforts • Serve as an in-house reference and subject-matter expert for GEM leadership • Meet annually in person with other Impact Zone Leaders and the GEM president • Participate in monthly virtual meetings with the Impact Director and other Impact Zone Leaders • Complete and submit a monthly activity report to the Impact Zone Director
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Justice Ministries in Europe • Ability to identify and connect with GEM missionaries in the assigned zone • Familiarity with missionaries’ work locations, ministries, and ministry partners • Ability to maintain an accurate roster of missionary and ministry information • Ability to monitor relevant trends, training opportunities, and developments • Ability to develop resource-sharing systems • Ability to provide support and serve as an in-house reference for GEM leadership
