📋 Description

• Develop content for individual sessions in bootcamp training • Develop practice-based sessions, including simulations that mimic daily on-the-job situations, role plays, and case studies • Introduce technical content in ways that connect it with behavioral skills and mindsets • Design active learning experiences for each session • Design practice-based, active learning content, including role plays, simulations, and field experiences • Design supporting materials, including scripted facilitator guides, student handouts, and instructor debrief guides • Design for in-person and online contexts across multiple sectors, including technology and healthcare, aligned with Generation’s methodology • Work closely with employer partners and education partners to obtain feedback and iterate lessons • Upload content to the LMS and modify existing LMS content • Track progress through project plans • Collaborate with Generation Global Curriculum Leads, Design Managers, country program teams, and technical experts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 2 years in curriculum design experience • Experience planning and scripting individual objective-driven lessons • Experience developing active, practice-based learning experiences, including simulations and role plays • Comfort with using technology to collaborate, such as Google Docs and Zoom video conference • Able to communicate professionally in English and work with colleagues who speak only English • Consistent, reliable access to the Internet is required • Fluency in Spanish, French, Thai, Portuguese or Italian highly regarded • Experience teaching and/or designing instructional content for students from at-risk communities preferred • Experience teaching and/or designing instructional materials for young adults ages 18–29 and older adults reentering the workforce or seeking a new career path preferred • Experience designing for online or blended programs preferred • Experience designing on a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred • Proactive collaborator willing to propose solutions, debate their merits, and make final recommendations • Self-reflective and open to frequent feedback • Detail oriented and able to produce instructor-ready documents • English CV/Resume required for application
