📋 Description

• Lead and organize Project Leads, assign them to projects by region, monitor performance and support professional growth • Support the Global Director of Digital in defining project management strategy, standards and ways of working • Own follow-up and status reporting across all projects and synthesize updates into clear communications for leadership and stakeholders • Work cross-functionally with Technology & Infrastructure and Software Product & Product Design leadership to align product, technology and delivery • Strengthen communication between global teams and Generation affiliates • Support grant writing and follow-up communications with funders • Define and maintain project management methodology, including planning, scoping, governance and change control • Ensure every project has a named Project Lead, clear scope, milestones, owners and success criteria • Organize the project portfolio by region and balance Project Lead capacity • Coordinate project priorities and dependencies with Technology & Infrastructure and Product teams • Track commitments, risks, issues and deadlines; drive resolution or escalation • Produce consolidated project status reporting for the Global Director of Digital • Anticipate delivery risks and propose mitigation plans • Act as the single channel for project updates across Digital teams, global functions and affiliates • Run project cadences, including status meetings, steering committees, release and rollout communications • Document decisions and actions • Communicate the impact of scope, timing or priority changes to internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of projects, including planning, risk management and stakeholder reporting • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to adapt messages to technical and non-technical audiences • English and Spanish language proficiency • Experience leading and developing project managers or project leads • Working knowledge of agile and hybrid delivery methods • Experience with project management tools • Ability to use data to track progress, anticipate risks and drive decision making • Ability to work independently • Experience coordinating distributed, multi-country teams • Undergraduate degree • Extensive work experience in project or management in a technology or product-building environment • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or similar) is a plus
