📋 Description

• Build, refactor, and maintain genestack.com using MODX CMS hosted on AWS • Keep website content easy for non-technical team members to manage • Own website maintenance, bug fixes, upgrades, deployment, hosting, performance, and stability • Partner with the designer to implement clean, responsive, accessible pages and reusable UI components • Monitor website performance and analytics • Support technical SEO and recommend relevant improvements • Maintain cookie and consent tooling such as Enzuzo • Proactively identify technical risks and recommend practical, durable solutions • Work closely with the internal team as a long-term technical partner

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and maintaining production websites over time • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills • Confidence in responsive and accessible web development • Hands-on experience with PHP-based CMS platforms comparable to MODX • Experience with Git, deployment workflows, hosting, and basic performance monitoring • Good understanding of website security, backups, technical SEO, and Core Web Vitals • Ability to build and maintain form integrations, particularly with CRM platforms like Salesforce • Strong practical use of modern AI-assisted development tools • Sound engineering judgement • Clear, proactive communication • Experience working directly with designers and non-technical stakeholders • Fluent English • Direct experience with MODX (nice to have) • Experience with AWS (nice to have) • Familiarity with website analytics and cookie/consent management tools (nice to have)
