📋 Description

• Provide medical assessment and advice to subscribers through telemedicine consultations • Handle General Medicine cases remotely • Provide basic healthcare guidance and permissible medication advice over the phone • Support a telehealth platform offering subscribers 24/7 access to Philippine-licensed doctors • Complete consultations with Closed EMR and meet call productivity targets

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed doctor in the Philippines • Willingness to handle General Medicine cases via telemedicine consultations • Computer skills and ability to learn and understand the system’s general technical requirements • Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and diplomacy when dealing with individuals • Good verbal and written communication skills • Basic internet and computer knowledge • Fluency in a local dialect such as Visayan or Ilocano is an advantage • Ability to work full shifts from 8am–5pm, Monday–Saturday • Ability to complete a minimum of 50 calls per 8-hour shift with Closed EMR • Ability to meet an average consultation duration of 7–10 minutes per patient
