• Participate in establishing a strong foundation for our insurance operations • Provide excellent service while managing insurance processes • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an **Insurance Agent**, preferably in U.S.-based insurance operations. • **Extensive hands-on expertise** with the **EZLynx insurance management platform** — including quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation tools. • Ability to **train and demonstrate EZLynx features** clearly and effectively to management and team members. • Strong understanding of **insurance workflows**, including client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking. • Excellent **communication and presentation skills**, with the ability to simplify complex system processes. • Highly **organized**, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a remote setup. • Must be **self-motivated** and able to work with minimal supervision. • Reliable internet connection and a fully functional home office setup.
