📋 Description

• Managing, maintaining, and supporting the company’s computer systems, networks, and software applications • Ensuring that all technology operations run smoothly, efficiently, and securely • Handling troubleshooting, system updates, data backups, and providing technical support to employees • Assisting in implementing new technologies, improving system performance, and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect company data • Making a significant impact in the digital landscape and helping increase the company's reach and success!

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or similar technical role • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) • Familiarity with network security practices, firewalls, and antivirus programs • Experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure) • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and IT best practices
