• Define and execute the SEO strategy, knowing your competition inside out and pushing our brands to the top in one of the toughest verticals. • Carry out deep keyword and intent research to uncover high-value opportunities. • Analyze and master competitor strategies to gain advantage in rankings. • Own on-page and technical SEO tactics that drive traffic and conversions. • Share insights and experiments with other SEO managers to scale best practices. • Stay ahead of algorithm updates and search innovations, adapting strategy fast. • Design and run SEO A/B tests to keep our approach sharp and effective.
• Proven results in complex, competitive industries (banking, iGaming, pharma). • 3+ years of direct SEO experience in such industries. • Fluency in German (spoken and written). • Excellent knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools. • Solid command of leading SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). • Ability to explain SEO concepts clearly to non-specialists. • Creative, outside-the-box thinking combined with a data-driven mindset. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Technical SEO expertise (crawl rate, semantic SEO, SEO patents). • Interest and strong knowledge in AI and its role in SEO.
