📋 Description

• Improve geometry extraction from floor plans and land plots using Evision (OpenCV for Elixir) combined with OCR • Build and scale LLM solutions to extract and structure information from diverse documents, including inclusion lists, builder profiles, and facades • Ensure extracted intelligence feeds the recommendation funnel • Connect visual data with tools such as PostGIS and vector databases

🎯 Requirements

• Solid, hands-on experience with Computer Vision and OCR • Real-world experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and using LLMs for data extraction • Proven ability to solve complex problems while dealing with highly unstructured data • Senior-level experience • Familiarity with Machine Learning, Elixir, vector databases, embeddings, or PostGIS is a plus • English proficiency sufficient for professional situations • Based in Brazil
