• Investigate and fix incidents related to RPC interfaces and blockchain nodes. • Find and resolve performance issues, slow responses, and API errors. • Monitor system health using dashboards and logs to detect problems early. • Analyze routing, timeout, and load balancing issues to improve reliability. • Reproduce and test issues in a safe test environment before applying fixes. • Keep troubleshooting guides, incident records, and playbooks up to date. • Review performance metrics to identify weak points and suggest improvements. • Write clear RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports with concrete next steps. • Help with deployments, migrations, and disaster recovery of blockchain systems.
• 3+ years in SRE or DevOps role (infrastructure ownership not required). • Strong understanding of API protocols: JSON-RPC, REST, WebSocket, GraphQL, gRPC. • Experience with monitoring/logging tools: Grafana, Loki, Tempo, VictoriaMetrics. • Hands-on experience with Envoy Proxy or similar for debugging traffic and routing issues. • Solid understanding of Linux systems (Ubuntu/Debian) for troubleshooting and debugging. • Scripting skills in Bash and Python. • Proficient with API testing tools such as Postman and Insomnia. • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD). • Would be a plus: • Experience working with blockchain infrastructure and RPC node services. • Understanding of how blockchain RPC endpoints are structured and used. • Experience working in high-SLA production environments.
• 20 days of annual leave and 12 personal days instead of a fixed public holiday calendar — take them for local celebrations, a loved one's birthday, or simply when you need a break. • Plus paid sick leave when you need it. • Coworking space and AI tools compensation to support your productivity. • A personalized development roadmap and performance incentive bonuses tied to your impact. • Programs to help you maintain health and balance.
