📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and promote Lokal App's services • Engage with users to identify their needs and create tailored solutions • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM system • Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and enhance sales efforts • Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to help shape future strategies • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to Lokal App's growth

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Tamil and a good command of English • Previous experience in tele sales or sales roles is preferred • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with CRM software, Excel and sales tracking tools is a plus • Motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales • Minimum 1 year of experience required
