📋 Description
• Conduct asynchronous and/or telehealth consultations to assess and support patients • Prescribe and manage treatment plans in line with clinical protocols and best practice • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed • Collaborate with our broader clinical and support teams to ensure continuity of care • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and governance
🎯 Requirements
• General Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) • PGY4+ experience • Background in general practice or community health • Current APC and professional indemnity insurance • Must be based in New Zealand • Weekend availability
