📋 Description
• Work with stakeholders to identify data analytics needs for different business units. • Use data software tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar to develop reports and dashboards. • Perform complex data modelling and design effective data analysis methodologies. • Report findings to internal stakeholders and partner with cross-functional (XFN) teams to identify business improvement opportunities. • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to extract and communicate insights. • Identify and resolve data quality issues. • Support and train end users on data exploration and self-service analytics. • Promote a data-driven culture across the organization. • Perform data profiling to detect anomalies and trends. • Conduct statistical analysis and apply techniques such as classification, clustering, regression, and time series. • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws in all analytics processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or related disciplines. • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in data analytics, BI, or data science roles. • Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other business analytics and visualization tools. • Proficiency in Python and key data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). • Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets. • Strong grasp of data modelling techniques and statistical analysis. • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven experience working within product-focused cross-functional teams. • Ability to translate analytical findings into product and business strategy recommendations.
