📋 Description

• Monitor and manage delayed and failed deliveries, taking immediate steps to address issues and communicate with stakeholders • Coordinate with delivery drivers and third-party delivery partners using company portals and internal dashboards • Use HubSpot, Slack, email, and phone to coordinate and follow up on delivery issues • Identify systemic delivery-operation issues and escalate them to appropriate teams • Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, evidence collection, and issue resolution • Share insights and action items with team members and departments to improve delivery processes • Cover later shifts during lunch and dinner to support dispatch operations during high-demand periods

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in dispatch or logistics coordination, especially in fast-paced environments such as food delivery, is highly desirable • Proficiency with cloud-based tools including delivery company portals, internal dashboards, HubSpot, and Slack • Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and proactively resolve delayed or failed deliveries • Strong written and verbal English skills are essential • Dedicated home office with a reliable high-speed internet connection and all necessary technology • Ability to meticulously document and analyze delivery issues • Personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software • High-speed internet connection • Keyboard, mouse, working webcam, and headset with a microphone • Primary 24” monitor; an additional 24” monitor preferred
