📋 Description

• Drive operational excellence and enterprise integration across the global Sustainability & EHS function for the Electrification Segment • Implement Lean processes across Sustainability and EHS functions globally • Perform M&A due diligence and lead post-merger integration for Sustainability and EHS • Redesign and govern the global Sustainability & EHS operating model, including roles, accountabilities, escalation paths, audit rhythms, and performance routines • Co-design, deploy, and oversee serious injury prevention programs and injury and illness rate reduction plans • Own H&S reporting, metrics, dashboards, data quality, timeliness, and actionable leadership insights • Interface with GEV teams and Electrification Lean and business line leaders worldwide • Lead and embed Kaizen, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies • Eliminate waste, standardize workflows, and improve cycle times • Establish scalable governance and M&A integration capability aligned with 2030 sustainability and EHS targets • Drive EHS maturity assessments and capability-building roadmaps across the Electrification Segment • Report to the Sustainability Leader for the Electrification Segment

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field • Significant proven progressive experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or enterprise integration roles within industrial/manufacturing environments • Significant international exposure and ability to design and deploy management systems at global scale across multiple countries and cultures • Proven track record deploying Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma programs with measurable improvements in process efficiency, governance maturity, or operational KPIs at enterprise scale • Experience leading global M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, and business transformation programs • Ability to assess, harmonize, and integrate operating models and governance frameworks into a unified system • Strong expertise in governance frameworks, performance management systems, and standardized operating models across diverse regulatory and cultural environments • Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and H&S standards and regulations is advantageous but not essential • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption across diverse cultural environments • Fluent English required; Spanish, Italian, French, or German valued • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt+ certification or equivalent is a differentiator • MBA or postgraduate qualification in operational excellence or business transformation is a plus
