📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project planning and execution, including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and milestone tracking • Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and status reports • Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and partners • Manage expectations, communicate status, and coordinate delivery timelines • Identify, triage, and resolve project risks, blockers, and technical issues • Facilitate standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and client check-ins • Translate business and client requirements into structured project plans and engineering tasks • Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and quality; escalate and resolve issues proactively • Maintain project charters, status reports, decision logs, and client-facing materials • Partner with engineering leads to troubleshoot bottlenecks, dependency conflicts, and process gaps • Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement of project management processes and tooling • Act as liaison between internal teams and external clients or partners • Lead client-facing status updates, business reviews, and issue-resolution conversations • Surface client risks with mitigation plans and realistic timelines • Manage competing priorities across multiple clients or partner accounts • Coordinate technical troubleshooting for client-reported issues • Gather and document client feedback and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years (or equivalent experience) managing technical projects • Experience ideally within software development, data platforms, or enterprise IT environments • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Demonstrated troubleshooting ability with technical issues and cross-team coordination • Experience working directly with external clients or partners • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence • Familiarity with APIs, cloud environments, and data pipelines • Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity, documentation, reporting, analysis, planning, communication, and delivery workflows • PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
