📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project planning and execution, including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and milestone tracking • Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and status reports • Serve as primary contact for external clients and partners • Manage expectations, communicate status, and coordinate delivery timelines • Identify, triage, and resolve project risks, blockers, and technical issues • Facilitate standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and client check-ins • Translate business and client requirements into structured project plans and engineering tasks • Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall project health • Maintain project charters, status reports, decision logs, and client-facing materials • Partner with engineering leads to troubleshoot bottlenecks, dependency conflicts, and process gaps • Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement • Lead client-facing status updates, business reviews, and issue-resolution conversations • Gather and document client feedback and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years (or equivalent experience) managing technical projects, ideally within software development, data platforms, or enterprise IT environments • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Demonstrated troubleshooting ability • Experience working directly with external clients or partners, including managing expectations and difficult conversations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence • Comfortable with basic technical concepts including APIs, cloud environments, and data pipelines • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, reporting, analysis, project planning, communication, and delivery workflows • PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
