• Serve as the main point of contact for clients. • Coordinate project delivery and ensure client satisfaction. • Translate client goals into actionable strategies. • Collaborate with design, development, and operations teams to execute campaigns and projects smoothly. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a sharp eye for detail. • Manage leads and prospects efficiently to drive growth.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a proven record in sales and client communications. • Solid experience in account management, sales, and project management. • Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot. • Comfortable working with cross-department teams, including design, development, and operations. • Understanding of revenue operations (RevOps). • Comfortable with video conferencing for client support and sales presentations. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once. • Digital marketing or agency background is a strong plus.
