📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service • Provide consultative, solution-oriented support to customers, answering questions and mediating conflicts with partners and suppliers • Import credit transactions into the system and manage the sale of these assets to affiliated funds • Support the management of securitization and financing routines • Perform accounts payable/receivable, financial reconciliation, and administrative activities • Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports based on department and customer data • Quickly adapt to new scenarios and help improve internal processes by proposing efficiency enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Business Administration • Location: Candidates based in Curitiba and the surrounding area are preferred • Experience: Previous experience with accounting and finance routines • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (essential) • Familiarity with Google Drive • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Notion • Value routine and task stability, performing daily activities with excellence • Eagerness to learn and understand the rationale behind each step while identifying improvement opportunities • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances when necessary
