📋 Description

• Work on private payroll-deducted loans and FGTS products, using platforms that originate and process credit transactions • Own a module end to end by understanding the business rules, proposing a solution, implementing and testing it, and monitoring its behavior in production • Build integrations that handle service unavailability, timeouts, retries, and idempotency • Ensure that no transaction is lost or duplicated through asynchronous processing with queues and scheduled jobs • Implement logs, metrics, and alerts to diagnose problems • Review colleagues’ code as part of the delivery workflow • Use coding assistants on a daily basis in accordance with data security guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building REST APIs in Java with Spring (Boot, Data, Security) for systems with real users in production • In-depth experience with relational databases, including data modeling, querying, and diagnosing slow queries • Experience with HTTP integrations to third-party systems, handling errors, timeouts, and reprocessing • Automated testing as an established practice • Git with pull request and code review workflows • Docker for running and debugging applications • Sufficient English proficiency to read technical documentation • At least 3 years of software development experience, with strong backend experience • Practical mastery of Clean Code, SOLID, and Design Patterns, with a culture of testing and TDD • OpenAPI and Postman for specifying and validating contracts • AI-assisted development as a daily practice, using coding assistants (Cursor, Gemini, Claude Code) and skills, commands, workflows, agent teams, and agent harnesses • Hands-on AWS experience: SQS, S3, RDS, and ECS • Messaging and asynchronous processing with delivery guarantees • Python for scripts, automation, and integrations • Infrastructure as code with Terraform • Observability with Grafana, CloudWatch, or OpenTelemetry • Experience in credit, payments, banking, or another regulated domain
