📋 Description

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat • Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations • Adapt winning concepts into variations covering hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, and audiences • Edit UGC, stock footage, screen captures, and app gameplay into polished, on-brand videos • Maintain visual consistency and quality while producing multiple creatives per week • Use AI-powered tools for image and video generation, voice synthesis, and asset clean-up where appropriate • Stay current with motion trends and platform-native ad formats

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience working with mobile applications • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with AI tools such as Kling, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma • Portfolio showcasing completed projects • Understanding of basic video editing and animation principles • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects plugins
