📋 Description

• Develop accurate strategic forecasts guiding clients toward their goals • Translate forecasts into measurable client growth • Act as an active partner in client growth and communicate performance relative to forecasts • Represent and advocate for CTC’s media acquisition approach and tools • Collaborate with the Brain Trust and pod members, including Google, Creative, and Email Strategists • Maintain client data integrity in Statlas • Execute the Prophet system for assigned clients • Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet System • Perform data analysis for Growth Maps • Maintain marketing calendar alignment with clients • Execute daily actualization against forecasts and adjust projections to meet KPIs • Develop strategic plans using data analysis and client feedback • Implement CTC’s Meta best practices and build campaigns • Manage account processes and ideologies • Monitor active campaigns and adjust budgets and strategy toward daily projected targets • Implement tests to improve campaign performance • Maintain forecast accuracy within a 5% delta • Ensure daily client alignment on forecast and strategy • Send daily performance updates and provide weekly strategy-call updates • Lead through execution obstacles and collaborate across teams • Contribute learnings, ideas, and content to continuous improvement • Merge finance and marketing perspectives into forecasted strategies • Meet deadlines, budget requirements, quality standards, and client satisfaction benchmarks • Report directly to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program • Serve in a client-facing role

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate persuasively and present ideas clearly • Strong client messaging and emotional intelligence • Strong presentation skills • Strong data analysis ability and eagerness to improve • Familiarity with Google Sheets • Experience in one or more domains such as mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, or media buying • Structured critical thinking and logical problem-solving • Passion for e-commerce • Highly motivated and hardworking • Ability to work autonomously and take full accountability • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail • Ability to take feedback and implement it quickly • Perseverance and commitment to completing quality work on time • Ability to work in a self-managed environment • Willingness to complete the challenging kick-off period and training • Ability to achieve certification in the company’s ideology and Prophet system
