📋 Description

• Lead the development of accurate strategic forecasts guiding clients toward their goals • Execute strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth • Guide clients through media acquisition and strategy • Represent and advocate for CTC's media acquisition approach and tools • Align with the Brain Trust team across clients • Manage and collaborate with pod members, including Google, Creative, and Email Strategists • Maintain client data integrity across Statlas • Execute the Prophet system for clients • Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet System • Perform data analysis and maintain marketing calendar alignment with clients • Execute daily activities against forecasts and adjust projections to meet KPIs • Develop strategic plans using data analysis and client feedback • Implement CTC's Meta best practices and build campaigns • Monitor active campaigns and adjust budgets and strategy to meet projected targets • Implement tests to improve campaign performance • Maintain performance within a 5% delta to forecasts • Provide daily performance updates and weekly strategy updates to clients • Ensure client alignment on goals, next steps, forecasts, and strategy • Contribute learnings, ideas, and improvements across teams and company content • Report directly to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English, with a proven ability to communicate persuasively and present ideas clearly to various stakeholders • Skilled in crafting thoughtful, empathetic client messaging • Strong presentation skills • Strong raw talent for data analysis, with eagerness to learn and improve • Familiarity with data tools, including Google Sheets • Historical expertise from one or more domains, including mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, or media buying • Ability to approach challenges with structured thinking and logical frameworks • Passion for e-commerce • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail • Ability to take feedback and implement it fast • Ability to work autonomously in a self-managed environment • Ability to achieve certification and confidence in the company's ideology and Prophet system • Client-facing role
