📋 Description

• Develop accurate strategic forecasts guiding clients toward their goals • Translate forecasts into measurable ecommerce growth through strategy execution • Manage and execute the Prophet system for client accounts • Build Growth Maps using the Prophet System and perform required data analysis • Align and maintain client marketing calendars • Execute daily actualization against forecasts and adjust projections to meet KPIs • Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans • Implement CTC Meta best practices and build campaigns using established structures • Monitor active campaigns and adjust budgets and strategy to meet daily projected targets • Implement tests to improve campaign performance • Maintain client data integrity across Statlas • Collaborate with the Brain Trust and pod members, including Google, Creative, and Email Strategists • Lead through execution obstacles and contribute solutions • Maintain forecast accuracy within a 5% delta and ensure quality standards • Communicate Growth Map goals, next steps, deadlines, and daily performance updates to clients • Provide weekly updates during strategy calls • Contribute learnings, ideas, and content to continuous company improvement • Report directly to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English, with ability to communicate persuasively and present ideas clearly • Strong client messaging and emotional intelligence • Strong presentation skills • Strong raw talent for data analysis and eagerness to learn • Familiarity with data tools, including Google Sheets • Historical expertise from domains such as mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, or media buying • Structured critical thinking and logical problem-solving ability • Passion for e-commerce • Highly motivated and hardworking • Ability to work autonomously with full accountability • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail • Ability to rapidly absorb information and implement feedback • Willingness to work hard during the kick off period and training • Ability to complete work fully, on time, and to quality standards
