📋 Description

• Lead development of accurate strategic forecasts guiding clients toward their goals • Execute strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth • Partner with clients on growth, communicating actions and performance relative to forecasts • Represent and advocate for CTC’s media acquisition approach and tools • Collaborate with the Brain Trust and pod members, including Google, Creative, and Email Strategists • Maintain client data integrity across Statlas • Execute the Prophet system and build client Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps • Perform data analysis and maintain marketing calendar alignment • Deconstruct and actualize projections daily to meet KPIs • Develop strategic plans using data analysis and client feedback • Implement CTC’s Meta best practices and build campaigns • Monitor active campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy, and implement performance tests • Maintain forecast accuracy within a 5% delta and ensure quality standards • Send daily client performance updates and provide weekly strategy-call updates • Contribute learnings, ideas, and content across teams • Report directly to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English, with a proven ability to communicate persuasively and present ideas clearly • Skilled in crafting thoughtful, empathetic client messaging • Strong presentation skills • Strong raw talent for data analysis and eagerness to learn • Familiarity with data tools, including Google Sheets • Historical expertise and experience in one or more domains including mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, or media buying • Ability to approach challenges with structured thinking and logical frameworks • Passion for e-commerce • Highly motivated and hardworking • Ability to work autonomously and take full accountability • Ability to absorb information quickly and effectively • Ability to accept and implement feedback quickly • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
