📋 Description
• Deliver tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging Malagasy lessons • Develop curricula based on learners’ proficiency levels and desired outcomes • Monitor students’ progress and guide learners toward learning goals • Communicate efficiently, effectively, and professionally • Teach a couple twice weekly for one hour per lesson
🎯 Requirements
• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in Malagasy • Degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field • Minimum of two years of teaching experience • Availability Thursday evening, 4:00pm–8:00pm • Availability Sunday evening, 4:00pm–8:00pm • Ability to teach a complete beginner • Ability to deliver lessons using a platform other than Zoom or Google Meet
