📋 Description

• Build and maintain automation systems using Google Apps Script as the primary development platform. • Integrate ClickUp, Google Workspace, and third-party APIs to connect systems and move data. • Design and build lightweight HTML/CSS/JavaScript web interfaces for internal tools and dashboards. • Use Google Sheets as a data layer with structured tabs, formulas, and script-driven pipelines. • Translate non-technical requests from Operations, HR, Finance, and Leadership into automated solutions. • Write documentation including SOPs, specifications, and system registries. • Participate in two-week sprint cycles including grooming, building, testing, shipping, and retrospectives. • Maintain and improve existing systems, approximately 20% of the role. • Collaborate on ClickUp Super Agents, prompt engineering, and automation logic. • Use no-code/low-code tools when full custom builds are not warranted.

🎯 Requirements

• Google Apps Script / JavaScript: Can write modular scripts, work with triggers, and build web apps. • REST API integration: Can read API docs, authenticate, parse JSON, and handle errors. • No-code/low-code tools: Experience with platforms like Zapier, Make, or native app automations. • AI fluency & Agentic AI: Comfortable using AI tools daily, understands prompting, and can configure or maintain AI agents. • CRM experience: Familiar with CRM platforms and how data flows through them (contacts, pipelines, automations). • Process thinking: Can look at a manual workflow and see the automation opportunity. • Self-directed work style: Comfortable with async communication, managing your own tickets, and shipping without hand-holding. • Willingness to learn fast: You don't need to know everything on day one, but you need to pick things up quickly and independently. • Primary computer: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher; 8 GB RAM; Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura; USB noise-cancelling headset; clear video camera. • Backup computer or UPS: Backup computer meeting the listed processor, RAM, and operating-system requirements, or UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours and typically 240Wh or higher. • Primary internet: DSL/fiber connection with minimum 100 Mbps contracted speed. • Backup internet: Minimum 20 Mbps cellular connection.
