📋 Description

• Develop and execute test plans • Validate critical business rules • Support the definition of regression scenarios • Create and maintain test evidence • Support the identification of impacts resulting from changes to legacy code • Work closely with the development team to reduce rework • Support the evolution of manual and automated testing strategies • Contribute to building a reusable test base for the modernization process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with functional, regression, and exploratory testing • Experience designing test scenarios, test data sets, and test evidence • Ability to understand complex business rules • Experience with enterprise systems or ERP platforms • Experience with Jira or an equivalent tool • Strong communication skills when working with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders • Ability to structure tests for critical features and legacy routines • Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases for queries and validation • Knowledge of or experience with payroll software • Knowledge of or experience with tax systems • Knowledge of or experience with accounting systems • Experience with test automation • Experience with TestComplete will be considered a significant advantage • Experience testing legacy desktop applications • Experience validating import routines, calculations, integrations, and statutory compliance processes • Knowledge of regression testing in modernization environments
