📋 Description

• Serve as the point of contact for members with questions or issues regarding bookings, accounts, refunds, and similar requests • Support on-site trainers with occasional urgent requests • Communicate exclusively in writing through chat, WhatsApp, and email • Represent the brand's warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful tone • Cover early mornings, weekday evenings, and weekends based on availability

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written English • Genuine empathy and strong people instincts; ability to read tone and respond warmly to frustrated messages • Good judgment and comfort making sensible decisions independently • Reliability and a sense of ownership • Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends • Availability aligned with Central European Time (CET) • Comfortable communicating almost entirely in writing via email, chat, and WhatsApp • German is a plus, but not required • No specific software experience required • English version of CV required
