📋 Description

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product • Lead development of AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel • Orchestrate tools like Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified system • Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals • Build intelligent workflows — lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers, onboarding flows • Define how AI is used across the entire customer lifecycle • Partner closely with founders on growth strategy, experiments, and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building systems that directly impacted growth or revenue • Strong systems thinker with an end-to-end mindset • Experience building workflows using APIs, automation tools, or light code • Comfortable with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows • High ownership, bias for action, and ability to move from idea to measurable impact fast
