📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Our mission is to connect world-class talent with global enterprises and provide innovative solutions to businesses worldwide. • We are looking for a software QA engineer to join our dynamic team. • This role involves designing and implementing testing procedures for our software solutions to ensure they meet international standards of quality and efficiency. • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. • Lead and mentor junior members of the QA team, providing guidance and support in testing methodologies and best practices. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on design and implementation from a QA perspective. • Automate test cases where applicable to improve testing efficiency and coverage. • Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases. • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements. • Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus • Certification (ISTQB) Foundation level ITI Graduates are preferred • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL. • 3-4 years of experience in automation testing for web, API, and mobile applications using frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Postman is preferred. • Experience in Test Automation tools like Cypress, playwright is preferred • Familiar with working on Linux/Unix OS is a preferred knowledge about CI/CD is a plus • Experience with Git/ Agile/Scrum
