📋 Description

• Support selected customers • Collaborate daily with customers’ security teams • Discuss current security incidents • Propose improvements to detections based on KQL • Take responsibility for the security of supported customers • Monitor the InfoSec community and emerging threats • Analyze how exploits work and how they can be stopped and detected • Use modern cloud security technologies such as Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for IoT, Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft Sentinel

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, a degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure • Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 • Several years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) • Experience with Microsoft cloud security solutions, particularly Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel • Willingness and enthusiasm to engage deeply with technical topics • Interest in new technologies and cloud solutions in IT security, including solutions beyond Microsoft • Ability to work in German and English
