📋 Description

• Support selected customers • Work closely with customers’ security teams on a daily basis • Discuss current incidents • Propose improvements to detections based on KQL • Take responsibility for customer security • Monitor the InfoSec community and emerging threats • Analyze exploits and develop countermeasures and detection capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, a degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification • Very good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure • Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 • Several years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) • Experience with Microsoft cloud security solutions, particularly Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel • Interest in and enthusiasm for technical topics • Willingness to engage with new technologies and cloud solutions in IT security, including beyond the Microsoft ecosystem • Ability to work in German and English
