• Create unique websites for clients from Germany’s small and mid-sized business sector • Manage the agency’s web presence • Implement conversion-optimized websites and landing pages • Work on a diverse range of projects for clients across various industries

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in web design and marketing • Very good written and spoken German • Initial experience in marketing is a plus • Reliability • Punctuality • Advanced Webflow skills • A strong eye for aesthetics and design • Knowledge of website conversion optimization • A university degree is not required • Formal vocational training is not required
