📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. • Build high-quality, maintainable software with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end customer value. • Participate in technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews. • Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize application performance, and continuously improve code quality. • Contribute to modern engineering practices and help evolve our development processes as the platform grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing modern web applications using a frontend framework (React preferred, Typescript) and a backend technology such as .NET. • Deep expertise in SQL Server (or equivalent), including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, and performance tuning. • Experience building scalable, maintainable software in an Agile development environment. • Experience participating in code reviews and writing clean, maintainable code. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Willingness to work in a remote-first environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
