• 2+ years managing ad account spending at least $50k+ USD a month • You drive projects forward/are high-agency - you tell us what you’re doing, why, and if there are roadblocks, how you think they can be solved • You're the type of person who naturally studies ads while scrolling, reverse-engineers successful campaigns, and gets excited about finding that perfect hook • You can take ownership of client relationships and confidently lead strategy meetings
