📋 Description

• Extend a customized Launcher in a large modular monorepo • Build Compose UI for the home screen, widgets, and new features • Find and fix ANRs, crashes, slow starts, and memory issues using Perfetto, Crashlytics, and Play Vitals evidence • Ship features behind Remote Config and A/B tests, then act on the results • Contribute to and maintain the shared core library used by several apps • Own an app or module over time, including its bugs, architecture, and design • Work through application review, GoFasti screening, client profile review, client interview, hiring, and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience • Solid Android fundamentals: lifecycles, coroutines, memory usage, process death, permission handling, Koin (or similar DI) • Sound app architecture: MVVM with a single source of truth for state, lifecycle-aware data flow, and fixing root causes rather than layering on workarounds • Production Jetpack Compose experience, including attention to state and recomposition for performance tuning • Effective communication while working with a team across time zones and releasing frequently • Ability to work effectively with AI coding tools • Fluent English • Based in Latin America
