📋 Description

• Follow up with customers to drive repeat orders, and manage product reviews and post-purchase communication • Plan and run email campaigns supporting retention, promotions, and new product launches • Create new product listings and update titles, descriptions, prices, and variants • Upload and update product images and keep listings clean, consistent, and on-brand • Monitor inventory daily and fix out-of-stock, incorrect, or broken listings • Organize collections, set up discount codes, and update homepage and promotional banners • Keep the catalog organized across a large SKU and variant count

🎯 Requirements

• English-fluent • Based in Latin America • 3-5 years of experience with the Shopify admin, including products, variants, collections, discounts, and inventory • Background in e-commerce operations or customer service • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing a large product catalog • Organized and reliable with recurring daily tasks • Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform (plus) • Experience with Shopify review, loyalty, or rewards apps (plus) • Experience with fabric, craft, apparel, or home goods stores (plus)
