📋 Description

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in Taiwan • Maintain payroll systems, records, and employee data • Calculate wages, benefits, deductions, and statutory contributions • Generate and distribute payslips accurately and on time • Submit payroll-related statutory payments, including tax and social security, within deadlines • Handle year-end payroll processes, including annual tax filings • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues • Prepare payroll reports for internal and client review • Ensure compliance with Taiwan labor laws and payroll regulations • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience processing payroll in Taiwan • Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and statutory requirements • Experience in payroll processing is essential • Background in Employer of Record (EOR), HR consulting, or multinational companies is a plus • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to perform ad hoc tasks as advised by management
