📋 Description

• Design large-scale print materials, including event signage, vinyl wraps, window wraps, and booth designs for hosted and sponsored events • Produce print marketing materials such as flyers and signage that remain on brand and print-ready • Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, trim, color mode, and vendor specifications using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Support layout and design work in Figma to maintain print and digital brand consistency • Contribute to new brand initiatives from concept through launch • Partner with events and marketing operations teams to understand space, scale, and installation requirements • Coordinate with print vendors and review proofs to catch issues before production • Apply HighLevel brand guidelines across physical and print touchpoints • Incorporate feedback quickly to keep production timelines on track

🎯 Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, the most important skill for this role • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Working knowledge of Figma • Portfolio showing real print production experience, large format or event-based work, and digital branding samples • Understanding of print fundamentals including bleed, trim, color profiles, file setup, and vendor requirements for large format printing • Comfort moving between print and light digital branding work • Sharp attention to detail • Hands-on problem-solving mindset and interest in how designs are built and installed • Ability to work independently on problems of limited scope while learning company standards and processes • Comfortable receiving direct feedback and iterating quickly • 1–3 years of professional design experience, including internships and apprenticeships • Required portfolio showcasing print and editorial design work, large format or event-based work, and digital branding samples • Ability to balance speed, creativity, quality, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and commitment to polished, professional content • Based in Mexico
