📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with partners, payment providers, and counterparties • Provide corporate support across the multi-jurisdictional group of companies, including corporate documentation and entity-level changes • Support legal review of new product launches and marketing materials • Coordinate with external legal counsel across multiple countries • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on day-to-day legal matters • Help develop and improve contract templates and internal legal processes • Support risk identification and pre-litigation matters

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on corporate law and commercial contracts • Experience at an international law firm (ILF) — 2+ years is a strong plus • Sharp critical thinking and the ability to independently navigate non-standard situations • High resilience and comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a fast-moving environment • Proactive mindset — able to see tasks through without constant oversight • English at B2/C1 level or above • Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, or payments (nice to have) • Working knowledge of AML/KYC and GDPR (nice to have) • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously (nice to have) • Comfort using AI tools (LLMs) in day-to-day legal work (nice to have)
