📋 Description

• Provide premium support to VIP clients via chat, messengers, email and calls • Resolve client requests quickly and professionally • Act as a personal manager for a portfolio of VIP clients • Build trust, understand client needs and goals, and maintain regular contact • Track client requests through resolution and maintain high satisfaction • Update the CRM with interactions, requests and deals • Analyze client behavior and suggest ways to increase engagement and LTV • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for GoMining products, including digital miners, hashrate and tokens • Collaborate with marketing, product and development teams to relay client feedback and improve the VIP experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, client service or account management, ideally with VIP or high-value clients • Crypto, fintech or IT experience is a plus • Excellent communication skills, diplomacy and a strong client-oriented mindset • English at B2+ level, written and spoken • Understanding of crypto, DeFi, NFT and mining, or readiness to learn fast • Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle several clients in parallel and stay proactive • Basic sales and negotiation skills • Comfort with offering products to clients • Experience working with VIP clients or HNW investors is a plus • Sales or upselling experience is a plus • Russian language is a plus • German, French or Spanish is a plus • Experience in crypto exchanges, payment systems or DeFi products is a plus
