📋 Description

• Act as the primary data point-of-contact for Account Managers • Diagnose complex performance issues and explain data-driven causes • Suggest clear, actionable next steps to Account Managers • Identify patterns in supply, demand, and brand performance • Surface findings such as user history modeling and cohort analysis to influence company strategy • Automate classification and optimize supply/demand tagging • Build models that make data more accessible to the team • Build bots, Slack tools, email tools, or web apps to share knowledge and automate repetitive workflows • Help build a smarter, more efficient data culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience working with data in a professional environment and handling data at scale • Expert SQL skills • Recommendation system familiarity, including selection bias, cold start, and feedback loops • Math or statistics background (bonus) • Python is a major bonus, especially for automating work or building lightweight tools • Ability to communicate with non-technical partners and translate complex data into an actionable narrative
