📋 Description

• Onboard new clients by diagnosing their business, defining the company’s initial objective, and designing initial strategies focused primarily on the RD Station Conversas platform • Occasionally implement RD Station Marketing and/or RD Station CRM • Regularly monitor clients’ use of the platform during implementation to maximize results • Ensure client satisfaction by acting as a liaison between the client and the agency, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues and ensure implementation success • Support clients with tool setup, leading meetings in an adaptive manner aligned with their needs and expectations • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, coordinating client meetings and addressing objections in challenging scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with RD Station Conversas or other conversational platforms such as Zenvia and Blip is required • Previous experience in a Customer Success journey, including direct experience with Implementation/Onboarding • Knowledge of digital marketing, including inbound marketing, lead qualification, personas, the buyer’s journey, and email marketing automation • Knowledge of conversational marketing, including queues, bots, and related concepts • Experience with RD Station Conversas is required • Experience with RD Station Marketing (RDSM) and RD Station CRM is desirable • Genuine interest in helping clients, with empathy when listening, strong teaching skills, and resilience when solving problems • Adaptive and instructional communication skills • Knowledge of LLMs and practical proficiency in applying them to the role
