📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks from scratch • Establish testing strategies and quality engineering practices • Develop automated tests using Playwright or equivalent frameworks • Design and execute API testing strategies • Apply white-box and black-box testing methodologies • Evaluate code coverage and determine appropriate testing approaches for service-layer components • Review code and identify potential quality risks or gaps • Design meaningful test cases and validation strategies • Define testing approaches for AI-based implementations, when applicable • Contribute to adversarial testing and validation of AI-driven solutions • Troubleshoot testing and automation issues independently • Establish reusable frameworks and foundations to support future QA activities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch • Experience with Playwright or equivalent automation frameworks • Solid understanding of API testing, including tools such as Postman • Strong knowledge of white-box and black-box testing methodologies • Understanding of code coverage and how to assess coverage at the service layer • Ability to read, review, and analyze code • Programming skills sufficient to build, maintain, and evaluate automated testing solutions • Experience designing test cases and defining testing strategies • Experience testing AI-based applications or implementations • Familiarity with adversarial prompting and AI validation techniques • Understanding of model drift and approaches to testing non-deterministic AI behavior • Knowledge of deterministic versus non-deterministic testing scenarios • Experience establishing QA practices in Greenfield projects • Previous experience in a QE Technical Lead or Architect capacity
