📋 Description

• Support and guide business stakeholders through end-to-end Third Party Risk Management activities, including vendor onboarding, due diligence, risk questionnaires, performance assessments, remediation, and offboarding • Review vendor services and contracts to determine TPRM applicability and scope • Conduct touchpoints and close-out calls to address open items and control gaps • Guide users through the TPRM process from vendor onboarding to offboarding • Adapt processes to changes in the regulatory environment • Assist in maintaining operational procedures for TPRM processes • Collaborate with third-party providers, business units, Legal, Compliance, and other teams • Participate in process improvement activities, TPRM special projects, and assessment-related activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as information security, cybersecurity, business administration, finance, or risk management • Relevant certifications such as CTPRP, CISA, CRISC, and/or CISSP • 1–5 years of experience in third-party risk management, vendor management, business controls, compliance, risk operations, or a related field • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all organizational levels • Effective planning, time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills • Ability to support tasks end to end with guidance and build familiarity with GRC systems • Proficiency in risk assessment and monitoring tools such as Dun and Bradstreet and Fircosoft • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio • Minimum internet speed of 50–100 Mbps • Private, quiet dedicated home office area • Power and internet backup is a must
