📋 Description

• Design and delivery of online courses: You plan, structure and deliver live online teaching sessions, creating a motivating, practice-oriented learning environment. • Quality management & learning material development: You create and revise scripts, instructional videos, worksheets and presentations that are technically sound and didactically well thought-out. • Individual learner support: You provide personal guidance to participants throughout their entire learning process, answer subject-related questions and actively support their development.

🎯 Requirements

• You enjoy teaching and supporting people in their development. • You like to work in a structured and self-directed manner. • You are a strong communicator, empathetic and motivating. • You hold a completed IHK advanced vocational qualification (e.g., Industriemeister/Industrial Supervisor, Technical Specialist or equivalent) as well as a pedagogical certificate (e.g., trainer qualification under AEVO).
