📋 Description

• Work with business executives, project managers, and IT development staff • Understand business needs and distill them into business and technical requirements • Design solutions involving data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture • Act as functional lead and demonstrate clear methodology and functional capabilities • Lead functional workshops, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions • Accelerate solution delivery for customers • Advocate adherence to standards and best practices • Stay current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies • Provide technical expertise to Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams • Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and expansion • Deliver training, initiate engagements, and provide tailored technical consulting • Provide roadmap assurance, guide project execution, and align Grafana capabilities with customer architecture, goals, and constraints • Identify recurring issues, monitor support needs, and advocate for product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Located in Spain • 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques • Direct experience with observability (o11y) • Best practices for using and deploying an observability stack, including visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces • Preferably experience with Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger/Tempo • Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations for large customers • Excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and internal members • Kubernetes, including kubectl, Helm, and preferably Tanka • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and Azure
