📋 Description

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers • Own technical customer engagements and help close complex opportunities • Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive landscape feedback • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems • Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create enablement materials • Translate customer requirements into solutions using Grafana Labs technology • Serve as a bridge between Grafana Labs engineering teams, customers, and Sales

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership for varied and complex assignments • First-class written and oral communication skills • Ability to articulate Grafana's value proposition and technical product advantages • Ability to solve technical challenges and develop creative customer solutions • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically • Fluent in Arabic • Must be located in Spain • Experience with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring is an advantage • Experience with MEDD(P)ICC sales methodologies is a plus
