📋 Description

• Run and review NetSuite aging reports daily to identify accounts to contact • Contact designated customers over one day past due by telephone and email • Follow up with unresponsive customers at least weekly • Record collection activities and past-due invoice statuses in NetSuite collection notes • Research additional customer contact information using websites and Salesforce • Review aging reports to identify overpayments, credits, and journal entries requiring application • Review accounts for possible small balance write-offs • Perform other duties as assigned • Partner with internal and external customers to drive company success

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer service • Experience with government agency invoices is a plus • Problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively under deadlines • Strong communication skills • Proficiency in written and spoken English • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus • Experience using Copilot for AI use is a plus • Responsible for preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets • Responsible for ensuring data privacy and completing required privacy training
