📋 Description

• Proactively identify and engage high-potential analysts who are not actively seeking new roles • Build and cultivate a long-term network of talent across the Americas • Lead regional recruitment marketing efforts to position Gratia as the employer of choice • Own hiring outcomes with autonomy over time and workflow • Use AI-assisted hiring tools to streamline workflow and prioritize high-touch human engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience • Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates across LATAM • Experience hiring alumni from MBB or the Big 4 • Proficiency with sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, including Apollo, niche job boards, and advanced Boolean search such as Recruit’em • Exceptional verbal and written English skills • Ability to navigate professional conversations with high-level consultants and analysts • Ability to tailor recruitment messaging for top-tier talent in LATAM and broader Americas markets
